At Forward, our purpose is to bring out the best in you and help you achieve your potential. So whether you’re facing challenges at university, in your career or other areas of your life, talking through whatever is on your mind with an unbiased, open-minded and experienced coach-mentor helps you clarify and develop the strategies to achieve your goals and find the right answers to the important decisions in life.
All sessions start with an initial chat to find out what areas you might be struggling with and what you want to achieve. We help you understand yourself better (self-awareness), what your strengths are, your interests, your values and give you the time & space to get your thoughts together and come up with a plan to succeed.
Engagements range from a single session to regular one-to-one sessions, with additional support in between sessions by email or text as required.
Sessions last for about 60-90 minutes, either face-to-face or online. But we don’t clock watch – we spend the time to really get to know you and help you achieve your ambitions.
