Career coach and mentor to young adults
Chloe studied Philosophy at The University of Nottingham before deciding to pursue a career helping young adults struggling to make a decision about the direction of their lives and careers (having recently been there herself). After working in equine therapy in Peru, Chloe went on to qualify as a life and career coach. Her principles of coaching include self-awareness, resilience, resourcefulness, emotional intelligence and developing a growth mindset – the critical skills to avoid a ‘quarter-life crisis’. Chloe believes that ‘the best we can do in life is work out what we know about ourselves and make our decisions based on that’.
